How to finish Winter Wasteland?

I opened all 24 bunkers and visited all comms towers and have all messages (except 2, idk where).
Then I destroyed the Regenerative Drone.

But there is no... message or popup or anything; it's actually great if it continues ad finitum, but it's weird there is no, "Hey, you finished WinterWasteland. You can continue to blast enemies or reset via the HotDog." or something.

As far as i'm aware, Winter Wasteland has no real ending?

I'm not too certain though, so don't quote me on that.
