Twin stick movement not working properly
Hello everyone, just got the game (playing on a Quest 2) and for some reason I can't move properly with the twin sticks: left, back, and right work fine, but every time I move forward I'm incredibly slow and as soon as I let go of the stick I start to slowly slide back towards where I previously was. It's so noticeable that I can barely get to the area selection screen.

I tried playing around with the options (not very easy since my character is constantly moving) but I found nothing to solve this issue.

This sounds like your stick on your controller is broken.

I had a similar issue with one of my Valve Knuckles controllers. It was a bad thumbstick.
I went into Controller settings and watched where it registered the thumbstick position, and it just didn't register all the way forward.
Sometimes you can blow them out to get them working again, but in my experience you'll just need to get it replaced.
The problem is most thumbsticks use potentiometers to register their positions, and the contacts can wear out over time, resulting in spotty detection. Forward is the most used direction on thumbsticks, generally, so it's usually the first to wear out.
There was an app that you could use to set thresholds and deadzones for the Rift CV1 touch controllers, but I don't think it works for the Quest 2 controllers, unfortunately.

In the meantime, might it be possible to swap which hand is movement and which is turning?

And it just happens to only be broken for your game?

I doubt a controller would only be broken on one specific game

I only noticed my busted thumbstick in H3VR, but testing showed it was definitely defective.
I'm not sure if it's available with Touch Controllers, but for my Index Knuckles this is how you get to the testing:
Start SteamVR, go to Settings, Devices, Controller Settings, and then select "Test Controller". See how the thumbstick is responding.

A lot of other VR games have filtering and/or dead zones build in to their input which often masks issues like this. H3VR does not so it's more easily noticeable.
