Does PSVR have hand tracking controllers? If not, I don't see how it would work.

No, as said by Anton himself, the PS4 doesn't have the necessary cpu muscle for the physics.

Even if the PSVR could handle the physics there is no way that the move controllers could handle the accuracy needed.

Yeah... having used them twice, and seeing it confirmed by a bunch of review orgs. the controllers + camera setup for the PSVR is kinda ♥♥♥♥... wouldn't be a good time.

But the balls of the move controllers could be the dragging zone and the buttons could make the functions

I'm inclined to agree with Anton on this one. PSVR would NOT make a good match for this game. Not by a long shot. Now, granted, rumor has it on UploadVR that PS4 is supposed to be getting two camera support, but we're talking about a camera that's basically tracking on a visual-based scale versus that Vive and Rift tracking based on IR sensors in the controllers (I think). Honestly, as a PSVR user (that's about to trade that ♥♥♥♥ in), PSVR's technology is entry-level at best, and overly complex to use. I'd be more inclined to see if Anton will add in other VR peripherals such as StrikerVR or even some of the vests that you can also get that work with Oculus and Vive. Personally, I think those would make it more compelling, if not immersive, to use with H3VR.

...Yes, I'm a big fan of VR technologies. So sue me. XD

The input is incredibly imprecise, occludes itself too easily, doesn't have enough buttons, and you have a very limited spatial range for them.

Even beyond input, the CPU of even the PS4 pro isn't close to powerful enough for H3's physics simulation. This will 100% not be coming to the PSVR for the PS4Pro's hardware generation.

StrikerVR support is also incredibly unlikely because those aren't being made for the home market. They are being built just for arcade venues, and while awesome (I've gotten to play around with them for a while, they're the _best_ VR gun I've encountered), have a _very_ high unit price compared to any HMD/controller a consumer buys.

What about psvr2. It has all of the hardware in the headset and controllers themselves for good tracking and resolution as well as what seem to be good enough specs inside the console to run the physics engine compared to PS4 generation consoles. (The foviated rendering could even be used to further increase performance and the adaptive triggers could really be taken advantage of with this game). I know psvr2 isn't officially out yet however if the console is powerful enough to run the game and playstation doesn't kill it with their strict FPS rules for vr games, do you think there is any chance of this game coming to psvr2. It would be the difference between me buying the new headset or not.

I'm rather sure you don't need hand tracking for this game?

If anton were to port this to the PS4/PS5, then there is a possibility, however Anton has already described that it wouldn't come to the consoles

IIRC he's recently said that PSVR2 requires the latest version of Unity, which h3vr is not built on.

What about PSVR2? (If they have good controllers)

I do not have any information on this.
