I can't afford an upgrade, and this game looks amazing.

You definitely need a gpu and cpu upgrade if you want to run this game, or basically any vr game smoothly at all. A lot of games also recommend an SSD, but I run everything off of my hard drive currently without issue, so you shouldn't need that for vr if you don't have one.

Benry:
1. You don't just need a new GPU, that entire computer is insufficient to run the game.
2. The way Dell Optiplexes are built, the PSU in that machine is likely not powerful enough to drive.
3. The GPU listed (3gb 1060) is still below the minimum spec listed for the game (which is a 4gb GPU of equivalent power to a 970), so I cannot officially recommend you get the card the other user suggested, nor guarantee a quality experience on a WMR HMD.

It will run. I cannot guarantee that all scenes in the game will run at not-nauseating frame rates. I just don't want you buying an HMD + GPU just to play this game, and being disappointed when it doesn't run smoothly.
