Co-op (only 2 total people, the person that joins and the person that enabled co-op)
Before I continue, the player model issue could be resolved by just making the other player a floating headset with controllers in the same art style as the ones you see when you look at your own hands. I was thinking that, if an option would be put in the game for co-op, it would make it so when you are in the area where you would choose what map/game to load, there would be an options panel that allows you to enable Co-op, if you turn it on, 1 person in your friends list can join you in only the starting area of H3VR, so they don't just join in on an ongoing take and hold game for example. Only the "host" will be able to choose games, configure game options. And for example, if you have co-op turned on, and there is another player with you in take and hold because you selected take and hold, the game would check to see if there is another player, and if there is, it would spawn another starting crate, with different loot of course. But if there wouldn't be another player detected, it would not spawn the second crate. The override token count would be client-side, but whenever a player gets one, the other gets one as well, as for the shops, they would have 2 tables instead of one, labeling Player 1 and Player 2 (1 would be the "host", and 2 would be the one that connected to player 1) or it could just label them with steam names. And both players have different options for the shop, and it uses their own tokens, and whoever uses the shop, it spawns on their table. The ammo station would not need a change. The map could also show where the other player is by an icon of your choosing of course.

As I have said -repeatedly-, we're not building networked multiplayer into the game.

I'm not looking for a 'solution', or advice related to any sort of multiplayer functionality.

These sorts of threads are not helpful, nor wanted. I have nothing else to say on the subject.
