[Spoilers!] Chest keys

So I got as many keys from the chests that I can find, but I still have another door to open (you know where).
I used 6 keys, went through the main door, 3 down, turn right, then 2 giant doors and there's still a person size door after the 2 giant doors.
So can you let me know where I might be missing a chest for another key? I've gone over every roof, behind and between buildings and crates, but I want to get through that last(?) door.
Here's what I got:
3 rewards chests - puzzles -1, horseshoes - 1, bandits - 1
Butter churner roof - 1
Giant boot spur - 1
Tuning forks - 1

where is the blacksmith ?

Faze, I think it's in the last town, building with the horseshoe on it and anvil out front.
