Gun suggestion: Kalthoff/Lorenzoni/Cookson repeater
Since we have recently delved into the realm of flintlock weapons, there's one very special system I'd really love to see in the game: Flintlock repeaters (muskets and pistols)!

The first ones emerged during the first half of the 17th century and went by several names (as the title of this thread suggests), but they all pretty much followed the same principle:

Inside the gun's stock are two chambers, one for up to 12 balls, and one for gunpowder (which can be accessed either through the back of the stock or its side).

Between the barrel and those chambers lies a horizontal drum with two compartments, which can be rotated by a lever opposing the flintlock mechanism.

To load it, you need to tilt the gun downwards and flick the lever.

As the drum rotates, a ball drops into the first compartment, and the necessary amount of gunpowder runs into the second one.

As the drum rotates further, first the ball drops into the barrel, then the gunpowder.

At the same time, the hammer is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and the pan is closed.

Finally, you flick the lever back into its original position, and the gun is ready to fire!

All you need is to fill some priming powder into the pan - and with some even cleverer specimens of this system, you wouldn't even need to do that, as they also have a little box with it right next to the pan that adds some powder to it during the lever action.

Here's a demonstration:
