Nah you have to believe Azman, he says sony is releasing it so clearly you're making it.
So now is it coming to the PSVR2?
It does make me curious if H3VR might potentially get ported to a standalone headset if an alternative to the terrible Quest comes out in the near future.
Honestly, seeing game developers like Anton give Meta the bird is hilarious.
Porting to the Quest\Quest 2 is a huge undertaking; it's an entirely different platform. The system specs are considerably lower than PC. It would need to be a different "branch" of the game, and then you're having to keep two parallel branches updated.
I suspect the port would need to be contracted out. It's just "a whole thing," and difficult to guarantee that it would be worth the investment of time and toil.
Everything I've read suggests it's not that he's turning his nose up at it, but that he's considered what it would take, what it would provide, and it isn't feasible.
