its possible now with the sniper hover thing as long as you have maybe 8000 barrel extentions. it's a son of a gun to try and hit it with just a normal pistol, you can do it, but its very difficult. seriously tho. use barrel extensions if you want this

On the achievement list, view the global achievement stats. I'll save you the trouble though, the icon is the word "Test" scribbled onto a rainbow background, and the description is "NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_NAME_6_0"
Also, 0.2% of owners used an external program to unlock the achievement.
