Robot Repair - Teleport not working

Index hmd/knuckles. Pressed everything, can't teleport. I also can't press the button on the multi-tool. Any tips?

same problem here....tried first 3 years ago with the rift, would love to do robot repair with index now :-)

Just tried it on my Vive and have the same problem. Only button that works is the one that takes you back to the dashboard. No other buttons work.

Same issue here. Managed to reach the charging station and still not working.

Robot Repair in The Lab starting working correctly for me today. Teleport now works, the buttons on the controller now respond after charging in the charging station. I don't know of anything I might have done to change any settings.

This should be working for all controllers now. If you're still having issues please make sure you restart SteamVR and try again.

Same problem this morning, Index controllers do nothing in robot repair. Please fix valve!!

Currently (Sept. 15) Robot Repair crashes back to SteamVR Home, not just non-teleporting within the demo. I tried to show Robot Repair to my VR class Sept. 9th before the latest fix and then it just wouldn't teleport, but now it crashes out. Testing on Rift atm, if I get the same on my Vive I will post it. RR is the *best* demo, hope it's fixed soon!

I got my first VR headset (an Oculus Rift S) yesterday and I decided to try out The Lab today. As described by others, I can't teleport in Robot Repair. I also can't teleport in Secret Shop. My play space is not big enough to reach most of the interactive stuff in those experiences.

I'm somewhat relieved to read that people with Valve Index are also experiencing this. I was beginning to worry that it might be an incompatibility between the Oculus ecosystem and the SteamVR ecosystem.

Hate to say it, but it sounds like it doesn't support Rift S controllers. It didn't support the Index controllers at first so Valve made an update for them and it works fine now. Sounds like they have to make an update for the Rift S controllers now too.
