How can i score 1,000,000?

I just got the achievement with 500k on the first level. I also have 500k+ on the third level, so I think it's actually the totalled score from the 3 levels and not just getting 1mil in 1 level.

What's your strategy to get that many points? I've not found a way to do it that high, and not really any information to guide with the last achievement.

It is a combined score total for the 1,000.000 but you can get pretty close in 1 game.

You can get it in one game if you abuse the specials well

I've just done this. New York was 300k, Beijing was 60k and Paris was ~600k.

In NY, angle the poop bomb so it explodes in the crowd and not above it.

In Beijing, move side to side as you activate the poop fireworks.

In Paris, just keep moving around and aiming for crowds.
