How come the pre-render of the Gourmet Chef job appears to have cut features?.

From this pre-render we can see that originally we could slice things with presumably a knife.
We also have a whisk in the sink. And underneath the grill there appears to be an oven presumably with the text 'cookinator 2000' above the oven.
