The min specs for our game are based on the required minimum hardware requirements for the headsets we support on PC-- HTC Vive and Oculus Rift + Touch. We do technically support WMR headsets via SteamVR, but machines running Job Simulator on WMR still need to be on a PC that meet our game's min specs.

Hopefully that helps explain!
The technical differences between PSVR and Vive/Oculus on PC are more complex than a single component, and also differ in the hardware requirements built into the headsets themselves. If you're running the SteamVR Performance Test and don't meet requirements for RAM, this means you don't meet the requirements for VR headsets, not just Job Simulator. Hope that makes sense.
