How to re center oculus rift?
In any other game i've tried it sets up the center of the playspace according to the position of the headset on startup. And then has a button to allow re centering of the headset as you please.

This game keeps putting me to the back right of my play space and i can only use half of each level without tracking issues because im pushed into a corner by the game.

Is there a way to fix this?

Sorry to hear you're encountering this issue! Have you tried recalibrating your Oculus boundaries? If you bought the game through Steam, try recalibrating your play space boundaries in both SteamVR and Oculus Home. If you purchased through Oculus Home, you'll only need to recalibrate setup there. Let us know if that helps!

I recalibrated in Oculus. I'll try steam too. Thanks for reply!

i have this same problem but guess what, i'm not recalibrating my f*ing bounderies every time i want to play this game. just add a re-center button like every other game. this is honestly the one thing that killed this game for me. i want to play it but i refuse to go to such lengths to do so. i like my setup and it took forever to get it just right but now everytime i run job simulator, standing in the middle of my room has me placed in the middle of some counter i can't get out of. oh hey, guess i'll just shut everything down and go run through the entire setup process of scanning my room! nope, will just go play something else. f*ck this game until it lets me re-center.

Sorry to hear that this is a frustration point with the game for you. :( The clarification I added here about calibrating your playspace is that when you run Job Simulator on Oculus Rift + Touch but through Steam, you need to calibrate your room boundaries in both Oculus Home and SteamVR for it to run properly. You should only need to do both of those room setups once.

If you're experiencing issues every time you try to run, you shouldn't need to recalibrate each time, and there's likely another issue happening here. Give both (Oculus Home, SteamVR) calibrations a try, and if the issue persists, we'd love to work with you to figure this out! We want you to have a great play experience. :)
