Height Problems and bending over

I have a problem with Job Simulator where I can’t bend over to pick up stuff. I’ve noticed it mainly in Store Clerk of Mechanics shop. If I bend over to pick up something out of like the freezer the counter will lock onto me and if I bend lower the counter moves lower. Please someone help me with this problem I don’t want to have to refund the game over a small problem that is probably me doing something wrong.

Sounds like a tracking problem. Have you tried squatting instead of bending over to see if that works? What is your setup? Which headset are you using and where are your cameras/basestations located? Any reflective surfaces in your room that might interfere?
