Im able to play any other SteamVR game, exit / restart / come back a day later, and the play area is unaffected.
If i run Job Sim and exit, the height has been adjusted only slightly but its enough to be noticed as the controlers will go through the floor in the Vive space (As well as other games)
If i lose tracking in game (screen goes blank) then what ever angle the headset is at when tracking is re-aquired that angle is the new horizonal plane in the game. (Example if my head is tilted 5deg down to the right and the headset tracks again. That 5degs becomes the games 0deg level.
This tracking loss gltich only affects your game. If i exit the game the tilt is gone and the Vive space and other games are normal. If i reenter Job Sim the tilt is back. I must re-run the room setup (on Vive) to fix this issue, Its a very strange issue.
If you're still getting the error, please send your output log to owlchemysupport (at) google <dot> com! If you installed Job Simulator to the default location, that log will be located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Job Simulator\JobSimulator_Data\output_log.txt
Thanks!!
If you're appearing taller than what seems normal, you may need to recalibrate Room-Scale Setup! With Vive, sometimes Lighthouses can be moved accidentally (on a tripod, or tugging the cord if mounted in your wall. And with an Oculus Rift, bumping the Oculus Cameras will mess up tracking.
Let us know if configuring Room-Scale setup again helps-- note that if you're using a Rift, you need to setup again in both SteamVR AND Oculus Home.
