Not to state the obvious but if you improve the guide, add to it etc. then it would be nice if you added a little edit in the main post: "Version 2.0 now out" or something like that with a link to the new one obviously.

Letting us know that we have an outdated version.

While I don't use guides my first time through games after that I know damn well that the guide is going to save me from puzzle hell.

I youst said it because when you got the devs ear why not, it's rare enough.

It's probably going to be quite a while before I get to playing so who knows how many updates the guide could have at that point.

Some Spoilers ahead!

Its says in the book that the Tier IV Monster : Argus is located in Wystonia but the NPCs report he is in the Elven Lands. Yet he is in neither. Am I getting something wrong here?

Also we are given the catacomb key from the Peaceful Sage, but I have looked over the entire book and nowhere does it reference what they catacomb key actually does I go to the city and find well nothing as of yet.

Thanks for letting us know about these errors. They have been added to the list of revisions for the next update of the Strategy Guide.

Sure, the list of fixes that we'll make in the next version (v1.02) will be:

1) Arena reward listed as Salvation Cloak (not Seer's Cloak)
2) On page 16: "Choosing Save at Designated Locations allows youVir to save at specific points"
3) Missing info for Dark Army Elves for Wystonia Assault.
4) Missing detailed description of Jhaeros' Vault.
5) Argus' location is misrepresented.

In the Collection's Database for Locations, in the Aldrin section, I'm missing the one right between North Aldrin Ferry and South Aldrin Ferry. Did I miss a location or is that a character specific side quest area? (It's not the igloo)

A new version of the Strategy Guide is now available (v1.04). The only changes in this version compared to the previous version is that all enemy attributes have been updated to accurately reflect the game.

A new version of the Strategy Guide is now available (v1.05). This includes a few changes to enemy attributes and inserting a few missing enemies in the text that were only in the database section in previous versions:

1) Necht Militia Commander (pages 175 vs 840) - several stats inconsistent
2) Beryl Slime (pages 643 vs 833) - MGD inconsistent
3) Desert Chimera (pages 774 vs 838) - HP inconsistent
4) Agrius (pages 787 vs 838) - HP and MP inconsistent
5) "Goblin Brawler" (pages 202 etc.) - stats for this enemy are not included in the walkthrough section; the stats are only shown on page 831
6) "Faithful Mate" (pages 773 etc.) - the map location and stats for this Tier 3 Hunter's Guild target are not included in the walkthrough section; the stats are only shown on page 838
7) "Furious Spirit" (page 840) - should be deleted from page 840 as a duplicate entry for the "Furious Magma Spirit", which already now has a correct entry on that page just above it
8) "Dark Army Ringleader" (page 840) - should be renamed on page 840 to "Dwarven Ringleader" [/quote]
