One of my disappointments was that the Theif class was very lackluster in LD. Only a handful of stuff worth stealing and the rest were buyable stuff. Even less worth stealing for me since I didn't mind fishing for things. Damage was also extremely lacking and only seems to be better than the White Mage (who is a healer and not a damage dealer). So...any changes to make the Thief more worthwhile? Or is it just in the game again as a gimick like the first one?...

Every thread i've see ppl complain of how weak the Thief is, but in my legendary playthrough he is my #1 dmg dealer 1 shotting majority of enemies.
