Day 11 Flawless (spoilers?)

I'm trying to Flawless Day 11 and I keep getting a single mistake every time. I've replayed it like 5 times and I always get a single mistake. I have no idea if it's even in the first or second half of the day.

The Dog I just give something manly+bitter like a Piledriver. Betty and Deal give straightforward orders. I've tried giving Betty both a Big and normal beer, with the same outcome on the score sheet.

Alma I give a Brandtini to (but giving her something else to experiment doesn't seem to affect the flawless rating). Then I give her a Piano Man, or just anything with ice, then I give her a Fluffy Dream which yields dialogue suggesting it was the correct choice.

The spoiler customer after Alma gives really straightforward orders, a Sugar Rush and a Big Beer.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong on this day, any idea? Is it the dog? No matter what Manly/Bitter/Manly+Bitter combo I give him he seems to react negatively.

I've been looking online for the answer to this as well and this topic came up.
I found the answer here, the tittle says day 10 but it's actually day 11

The problem is the last drink you give Alma to get rid of the spice. You are supposed to give her Beer, instead of whatever else. What she says is totally misleading, but this is the answer.
Maybe other drinks could work too but I had replayed that day way too many times already to try anything else.

You could give her something sweet. I don't know if this helps, but having it on the rocks might help.
