yes i took 5min of my time too, and it translated too "The Retribution is Co" i think its cut short for "The retribution is coming" pretty interesting.

I figured out CO is the initials of the video games creator, Christopher Ortiz. So it means THE RETRIBUTION IS CHRISTOPHER ORTIZ.
