An earlier patron - can't remember who ATM - talked about how their father used to enjoy drinking Piano Mans until he was assaulted by an actual pianist, and explained the backstore behind the drink - someone made it in memoriam of their pianist friend by mixing all his favourite flavours together.

I can't remember who and when it happened, but earlier to this event Jill is talkinga bout the Piano Man and says that the bartender made it in honor of his friend that had died, which was a pianist.
