I cannot get this drink to turn out no matter what I do. I've tried clicking the age button on and off right away, tried leaving it on for varying lengths of time, nothing works. And no, I'm not passing into blending territory, either. Ingredients are all correct, etc etc. It's during the corgi party in the prologue section.

You just have to click the age button once, and it'll age it.

To clarify: Age and Ice are on/off options, you select them by clicking them once, and then leave them like that while you mix.

For me that drink failed all of time even when all setting right. But game accepted the drink when i mixed it only less than second. You have to click stop very rapidly after you click mix and game says drink is ok.
