Hideo Kojima influence

Did anyone else notice how much Kojima influence this game has?

1. 3-word description of the game within the title - "tactical espionage action" "cyberpunk bartender action"
   
2. Codec screen (2 character icons on either side of the screen as they talk, the only thing missing is a frequency indicator in the middle)
   
3. Nanomachines, son.
   
4. Boss? Boss!
   
5. Jamie talks about a legendary mercenary with a very generic name (James I think), which is a reference to Big Boss (John), Solid Snake (David) and Raiden (Jack) having generic names, which is a reference to James Bond.
   
6. Jamie has a red prosthetic left arm and a right eye patch, as do Big Boss. In fact there are lots of people with missing limbs or eyes, as is in Metal Gear. Not necessarily a correlation but definitely something they have in common.
   
7. Characters talking while the screen is still black after the credits have completed rolling
   
8. I guess the White Knights can be classified as a PMC, which is a theme in Metal Gear.
   
9. In Metal Gear people's codename tend to consist of 2 words, the second of which is an animal (most notably the Snakes; also everyone you recruit in the Phantom Pain). Jill's last name is also an animal. (a bit of a stretch, I know)

Can anyone come up with more correlations? I'm guessing there's more references hidden in dialogues about Gillian, but can't come up with any out of the top of my head.

boss (Dana) her arm, and the fact Jill and Gil call her (Boss) her character haves a low number of references but a few things on her are based on Big Boss
by the way, Big boss-Best boss coincidence? maybe, but va-11 hall-a certanly haves a ton of references to metal gear,and the fans turn it clear with crosssover fanarts where Dana is talking to Big Boss, by the way i love these fanarts
yet that's all i had on references at her character, not much but it's something

ah yes there's also the Rad Shiba another character that calls her "boss" or "sir", who doesn't remember that moment in chapter two where Dana gives him orders and he answers with "SIR YES SIR!"
