Trying to get beyond the chapter 1 tutorial

I think I'm mixing the drinks corectly but they are not being accepted. How do I fix that?

Same here. I follow the instructions, and fail, fail, fail. The game gives me no indication of what I'm doing wrong and I'm close to uninstalling it out of frustration. If this is supposed to teach you how to play the game it's not doing a very good job of it.

I probably need to see you playing it, but as long as you follow the recipe, check if it's aged or iced, mixed or blended, you shouldn't have any issues.

...you're not blending it, do you? If it says to mix, mix lightly, like 1 seconds. To blend you need to wait 5 seconds after click mix. The shaker will move much quicker which indicate you are now blending.

Since I have no idea where you're failing here's a superdetailed rundown:

• For the first drink you need 2 adelhyde. That's the red can in the top left. Drag it to the mixer, then repeat once more. If you did it right, at this point you should have 2 red squares next to adelhyde and 2 empty squares under the mixer.
  
• Now you need 1 powdered delta (blue, top right). Just drag and drop.
  
• Then you need to mix the drink. Click Mix to the bottom right and quickly click it again. The finished drink should show up in place of the mixer.
  
• Either click the drink itself or Serve to the bottom right.

• For the second drink you need 6 adelhyde, 1 powered delta, 1 flanergide (green, bottom left), and 2 karmotrine (white, bottom right).
  
• Then you add ice. Just click the ice icon to the left of adelhyde once. It should be filled in.
  
• Blend the drink. To do that click Mix and wait about 5 seconds until the mixer starts shaking violently. If you're unsure you can wait longer than that, it's impossible to mix for too long.
  
• Serve the drink and you're done.

Thanks for the help. Mix is one click stop. Blend is five seconds. Finally got the game to move forward.
