Pros & Cons on the Karmotrine
Okay, karmotrine is the alcoholic component on certain drinks. So for those optional drinks, you can add alot to make them drunk and all. But my one fear about it is what will happen to them. Like this one time I put too much karmotrine on Dorothy's drink and all of a sudden she was talking about an orgy with multiple mall santas. So I guess what I'm asking is, what's the bad side of putting too much karmotrine in your client's drinks? Do they die? Does something bad happen to them?

Sorry...I thought it's those kinds of games where they kill off characters for doing such a terrible choice. heh

Nah. The worst you can really do is get them drunk and get extra lines of dialogue from them (like the mega santa orgy 'conversation'). And for some characters, it doesn't even do anything at all.

There are times where characters don't want to get drunk, but rarely will getting a character drunk make a noticeable difference on the game. Most of the times it's just changes in dialogue regarding story, world building n what not.

Like for example if you get Kim drunk the first day you meet her, (not that hard she's a lightweight) she'll come back the following day blaming you for being late to her job.

Honestly though, Kim being late for her job is better for her in the end because it gives her the push she needs to drop that place like a rock. I don't think I can think of a scenario in this game were "more karmotrine" is a bad solution, except when you have someone like Sei who doesn't like alcohol.

She quits even if she isn't late/drunk, though.
