Cannot launch the game?

After I click the start button on steam, the game shows itself running but actually nothing happens. But there is a task named WTWTLW_64 at the task manager. I've tried the method found in the stick note, but it doesn't work. I've also verified the integrity of the game and tried to reinstall it twice, but I still cannot open it. I really like this game and I do want to play it ASAP, please help me!

Hi, can you please send me your output_log.txt file? It will be at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Dim Bulb Games\WheretheWaterTastesLikeWine\. (AppData is hidden by default, you will have to show hidden folders to see it).

It's wierd but there's no such a Dim Bulb Games folder in the LocalLow directory. It seems that the game was never launched successfully so the folder was not even created.

Hmm, that is really weird, and I can't do much with that, because it seems like it's a Steam problem and not a game problem, then (even if it crashed right away, it should still create a log file). Can you please right-click on the game in Steam, and go to Properties->Local Files, and see what it says for the size on disk? And also can you go to the game's directory, (Click "Browse Local Files"), and try double-clicking the executable in there?

the same problem, I've tried for at least 3 weeks and , sorry the game still not work.SAD
And no Dim Bulb Games folder either.

And of course i've tried to start the game directly,but still not useful, even I changed the compatibility several times.

same problem, no actcual game running but only a task can be seen in task manager. the new free edition also has this problem.

It's a unity engine bug on windows10 1709 and later version. To solve this problem, just go to the game folder, and disable all authority of "UnityCrashHandler64.exe" of all user accounts on your computer. Due to the non-english version of Windows10 I am using, I can't clearly explain the exactly button you should press in English. You can search throuth English network for the "Unity bug on Windows10" or some key words just like this.
