Warning: do not get watch dogs legion

If you didnt know this already, dont buy watch dogs legion its garbage you are buying a single player game. Dont buy it if it somehow ever comes to steam its not worth it, it was abandoned with no more updates long ago and is now only played online by kids in Brazil apparently.

Please convince everyone you know to just play watch dogs 2 instead.

Watch Dogs 1, looked amazing and played not so great, the driving was ♥♥♥♥ and is still ♥♥♥♥ till this day even after they fixed a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ in the game, i never got to finish the game because the driving was so bad, all of this talk of better tech and better guns and tools is all worthless when the game sucked in one of the most important factors, driving.

every car is like driving a bus, the turning wheel radius was really bad the acceleration was very off, the physics of vehicles was also bad, the thing is, i thought this above all things in that game would be fixed after playing watch dogs 2, and it's nowhere near as fun.

now i will say i like aiden perce as a character better and his attitude was badass, but the damn game played like a sluggish bus ride that you could barely control.

maybe WD2 is a bit of a goofy light hearted attempt at this story, but it was much more fun and if they were to create WD1 again in a remake, i would hope they try to transfer everything that worked much better from WD2 into the game, because that game fixed everything that sucked in the first game.

WD Legions is a lot of fun. I have put more hours into Legions than the other two put together. I also love the Bloodlines DLC.

Seriously??? The very generic NPC type protagonists, the dodgy AI voices, the repetitive story missions, the very weak antagonist, and at no point do you ever really feel that oppression that London is supposedly feeling while Albion take over???

I've put far more hours into WD1 than the other 2 combined. At least Aidan Pearce had grit, attitude and conviction... and damn he was a bastard with that tactical baton. At least he had a backstory about why he was comfortable handling guns.

I only played WD2 so far... i find the characters funny in that game. fits the mood. i only feel uncomfortable in the stoty to kill so many poor guards that only do their damn job. if you are the "good" guys fighting the "bad big companys", i doesnt feel right to kill any people. in pvp on the other hand... yep, thats fun to go full carnage and shoot with all you have 😂 want to give legion a shot anytime in the near future but i am unbelievable lazy and wish it would be available in steam...

Lots off problems with this game. Stutering, no manual save, light sources with no lamps, stupid anojing police drives in wal, car physics, motion sicknes, uplay launcher, Windows 7 not working.
Slow with 8x multisample antialising and shadows.

Seriously??? Windows 7 was released like 13 or 14 years ago, and I think it only got updates for another 3 years after that. Your operating system is at least a decade old for goodness sake. The problem is your OS. Why are people so afraid to update to Windows 10???

I'll admit, updating to Windows 11 might be a mistake for now, most people are reporting dodgy performance, but WIndows 10 runs great.

I only read the OP message that WD Legion doesn't have good online. Is there anything else I should know before buying Legion? I only care about single player content anyways. Have no intention of playing multiplayer.

I want to get the Gold Edition because of the Season Pass content. I don't know if Ultimate Edition is worth it though.

For as far as I can remember the open world was pretty good, but the story was terrible

I wish I read this first. I got it based on someone saying there was a fun zombie mod. It sucks and so does WD Legion :( I played less than an hour and wish I could get a refund.

If you played less than an hour (less than 3 hours) and you got it on steam, you can get a refund.

I always look at how much 'intelligence' is in the AI. If police AI is good, get game and try it or watch videos about it and decide. If the AI is bad, find a better reason to like the game or just not get it.

I got it on Origin unfortunately. To me it feels worse than WD2 which is shocking to me. WD2 felt more or less like a real city you could drive around and explore, and the cars felt like cars. Legion looks like a weird unrealistic video game world with terrible vehicle handling etc. Everything just seems worse.

2's flickering is constant on my 4090, on my 3080 it was only sometimes, like it was high fps or high GPU usage causing it, but my 4090 usage is lower, temps are in the low 60s and even with capped fps it does it, on Ultra or HFTS.
