there is nothing funs anymore at activating a bounty because every hunter has a yourboyserge sniper stop using it so much a hunter had a yourboyserge sniper i had a convoy heavy vehicle he hits the vehicle from the back and boom it exploded

Well,Ubisoft nerfed it already through its magazine size.There´s not much else they can do to break the Meta.Probably would every Hunter take a DDOS Shotgun if it wasn´t for the YourBoySerge Sniper Rifle.

I think they should just clutter the scope so it's useless for long ranges (like the bridge).

Reducing the effective range (like a damage dropoff) could help. Like one hit at 0-50m and let it drop off to 200m which is it's current effective range to something like 50% less base damage so the hunter has to follow up with a line up shot after reloading, this should give the hunter time to react and discourage campers into running off or switching to another weapon to finish you off.

I think it's time to break the meta. There are a wide range of weapons in this game and people only seem to be using a handfull of them.

Not many people get up close to use shotguns, the main guns are the sniper, Assault and pistol

Shotguns are useless against players because the host can just melee them. It's only useful against cars, and guess who takes that spot? The YourBoySerge.
