Change the Multisampling setting mostly.
I got a reply from the devs... said there is a patch coming soon to fix the stability/issues... so I'm hoping that is part of it.
This leads me to believe that AMD cards/drivers don't play well with whatever engine Train Fever and Transport Fever use. That's certainly a let down...
Hope that they can do something about that.
Do you happen to know any offhand? I'll look around. Preferably free. I don't want to buy a game just to test. :P
5870 in the other pc iirc didnt flicker
I ran some OpenGL benchmarks, and couldn't see any visual issues. Will attempt a stress test as well.
I am also running Win10 64bit with a R9 270 and have exactly the same problem.
Has anyone found a solution to this issue as yet please ?
Also I suggest you to check the settings as below.
Type in cortana search box as “Adjust the appearance and performance of the windows”.
Click on it and select the option “Let Windows choose what’s best for my computer”.
Check if the issue persists.
Hope this information was helpful and do let us know if you need further assistance. We will be glad to assist.
Also check your cables between your computer and monitor, it could be something as simple as a loose cable!.
