In TF, under SETTINGS -> CONTROLS (in the start menu) you can not only see all the key-combos, but also reassign the keys. I for example have reassigned the rotation to 'q' and 'e' instead. If you want to have finer control over the rotation, hold down SHIFT at the same time.
Her is a tip for you.
For virtually ANY game, find OPTIONS / SETTINGS and select something like CONTROLS or KEY MAPPING. There you usually find a list of ALL functions in a game and what key combo to use. I'm just saying its usually all there...
