Truck Stations and Terminals

I am a little confused and want to make sure I have this correct.

I place a small truck station and it has 2 terminals. I can create as many different lines as I wish that all use that station and those terminals. So, I create a line that delivers coal to that station. I create another line that delivers iron to that station. I create a third line that delivers planks to that station.

Is it correct that the first two lines that have vehicles arrive will drop off their materials at the station?

In other words, if a station has an empty terminal when a vehicle arrives there it will drop off the materials it is transporting?

I can't seem to get this straight.

Yes if that is appropriate for the route the coal and iron are taking to a steel mill.

You can add more terminals to the truck/bus stations (or just have one terminal) by clicking on said station and configuring, then assign routes to each terminal -like rail station platforms (you can mix bus/truck terminals at the same station)!. The vehicles will decide what to drop off and pick up (unless you limit what they do), and which 'platform' cargo appears on!.

Sorry again, I just see a list of comments (mostly for Transport Fever 2) and I keep thinking it's for that game!. Is there a manual for Transport Fever?!.

Yes I can, but Transport Fever and Transport Fever 2 are so similar (and I quickly scroll down the page) my old brain must be jumping to the wrong conclusion, I hope, if they release another game, they call it 'World of Transport' or something clearly different!.

I've now decided to 'unsubscribe' from Transport Fever Forum to avoid further confusion (haven't played it for a long time, anyway)!.
