I made two lines with traffic lights for one-way traffic only, and in one section the line broke for no reason and the train is not running. even if you remove all the traffic lights in that section.

Proper nomenclature would be railway signal, or just signal.

As for the line itself, is hard to give specifics without a screenshot or two.

But if you placed one-way signals and there is no way the game can make the line work as intended, then an error will appear.

Do keep in mind the game may have issues "auto-fixing" longer and more complex routes, so you may have to change all platform assignments and possibly use waypoints to direct traffic where you want it.
