It's not bad initally, also enabled the industry button, so I can now add the odd industry that's just too far away etc, makes the game abit easier if you get a nice map but some poor industry.
And I doubled the timer to 4000 ms. So takes twice as long. But feels abit more realistic.
forestLevel = 0.82, -- 0.0 - 1.0
forestDensity = 2.0, -- 0.25 - 4.0
singleDensity = 0.0, -- 0.0 - 100.0
treeLine = 160.0
},
Not a fan of the industry button. I play on a large 1:5 map with 6 cities and 33 industries. 2x complete sets and goods, plastik, chemical plant, food factory, construction materials a third time. Since tis also mountainious and has a huge river across the map its the biggest challenge I ever faced. Also 8000ms per day and hard mode of course.
Edit: On the 1:5 map I set it to:
vegetation = {
forestLevel = 0.65, -- 0.0 - 1.0
forestDensity = 0.8, -- 0.25 - 4.0
singleDensity = 0.3, -- 0.0 - 100.0
treeLine = 290.0
},

A bit sparser, but thats what I wanted. The fun thing about this map is the river. From water level to the "normal" height after the slope its 120m....... awsome!
Once made a map from a key that was like LakesAndRivers or something like that, it wasn't specifically that but it made a large map with 3 huge lakes in the middle all interconnected by some short rivers. Was an awesome shipping map. But I can't remember the combination I made tried hundreds of combinations still can't get the map layout to generate what I originally had.
