edit in the file settings.lua
experimentalMapSizes = false,
to
experimentalMapSizes = true,
Save the file (Don;t run the game at the same time) and your can play the maps
i was talking about the files/maps on your PC
An easy way to find the file AlwaysRM is talking about is to right click on the game in your steam library and select 'properties'. In the new window select the 'local files' tab and then select 'browse local files'.
*$&^%
There are some config files in the game-directory aswell though:
"\Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever\res\config\"
The settings.lua file however is in this Steam subdirectory:
"\Steam\userdata\<userid>\446800\local\"
Again, *#^%$
I give up. It's not that important.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<user ID>\446800\local
(it will most likely be this path unless you installed Steam on a different drive, user ID wil be a number that is unique to your account)
As I said, don't worry about it, but thanks anyway.
Hey listen... did you find the map option yet? I have exactly the same setup with SSD and D:/ drive. I might have the solution to your problem... let me know. add me or something, or maybe i'll miss your reply.
It was located in "C:\ProgramData\Steam\RLD!\446800\local"
Also note that I have Windows installed in C: and my Steam games are installed on D: , and Steam also stores cache in some other folders around my HardDisks.
