There is a way to delete a signal without delete track
First note I'm using Gwinda Signal Mod.

Sometimes I just want to delete a signal without having to delete a piece of track, but I'm not managing to make that, can please somebody help me for having a way to delete a signal without delete the track?

Regards

Not sure about your mod, but selecting the bulldozer and then clicking on the signal works in vanilla.

Learn to click?

What helps a lot is if you zoom out some (so you can see the signals icon) then just bulldoze the icon, simple as that. Removing a signal is $300 so make sure its telling it will cost $300 to remove.

Sometimes assets get "stuck" to the rail. As SirLANsalot pointed out. Zooming in/out and trying different angles might help. This "problem" is not only signals, it can happen to road crossings and other assets too...

Pause the game, If u delete a piece of track then replace it. Win WIn

Why wasn't this fixed in beta?

There was many things to fix, some more important and more game breaking. However this issue wasn't so common. I saw it rarely and haven't seen it myself after release...

actually whenever i place one of your signals (starting in 1850) i always have to fiddle with the camera angle to delete it.

Click on the joint between the Horizontal and Vertical bit, More area to click on ;)

The way to do it is to zoom in, the adjust your angle so that you're not looking down on top of it. If you're looking out toward the horizon, the signal will be standing up away from the track and will be easy to click.

But fixing it wasn't verified and it was left as it is, which at best is more fiddly than in Train Fever. What i don't understand, why some things which worked ok in Train fever down't work here anymore.

Offtopic, but i just had an achievemnt congratulating me from lifting the production up to 400 units, when it in reality went to 3200. How that kind of small issue hasn't been fixed just shows how badly the beta process is/was managed.

I managed to be able to delete signals, just has you said. But with a note, usually when I'm playing in the top i disable the view of the signal icons. When you try to delete a signal with the signal icons off it's impossible, when you turn op is possible
