U just set the Oil ship's Line from the Harbour to the Oil Rig and it works.

Worthless thing ever. With 3 tankers on the line only had I think like 17 crude at any time

Yes its a waste of money but the goal of the Mission can be sped up by using it.

I dont understand what ur trying to do.
The Oil Rig already has a harbour as a part of it
When u goto line manager, can u line from the harbour to the oil rig ?

Just like any other line.. you send trucks / trains first and things start getting produced.. If you sent ships to it it'll start producing.. Point is.. Don't bother.. I had 3 tankers running on that line.. The fn thing only had 17 crude til u picked itup.. never grew.. Just link up the rest of the wells out on the map to finish the mission

dont know how else to explain it, as i said i have permission, i have a oil bagrge set on a line from it to houston, but it is not producing any oil for my ship to pick up
my ship goes to it and nothing happens it just leaves. it does not show that it is making any oil

Delete the ship and forget about the oil rig.
Move on to the oil wells in the desert.
Win mission and move on.

u may think that you are helping but u are not, i want it to work not just get past the issue. thanks for your pro tip

Use the wait for full load feature on your line setup. I find that the oil rig doesn't produce oil if there is no ship waiting.
bittermufker Nov 15, 2016 @ 9:11pm
the rig is not active for some reason no matter what i do with the ship or line
Allusion Nov 15, 2016 @ 9:13pm
Ok.
Are u Delivering the Crude Oil from the Harbour to the Refinery and then bringing enough Fuel back to Houston Harbour to be turned into Goods then delivering enough goods to force the Oil Rig into more production.
The Oil rig will increase production when its needed to.

Im not asking if u have permission.
Im asking if you have setup trucks to deliver the crude oil that comes from the oil rig to the refinery
