How Can I Tell My Freight Vehciles To Only Pick Up Certain Things
Hi all!

So I'm havinga problem where I'll have my freight trucks drop the product off at the wrong stop. Here is how my line is setup and the problem I am having.

Line A
1. Pick up stone
2. drop off at to construction plant and then return to 1 and do the same thing

Line B
1. Pickup construction matrial (from same place stone is dropped off)
2. Drop construction material off at city return to 1 and do the same thing.

The problem I'm having is the trucks from line B are dropping of stone, and then picking up construction material and dropping it off where the pick up stone (1). So no i have the materials in 2 places when it is only being collected from one place to be deleivered to the city.

When first purchasing the vehicle I noticed that you can specify what type of materials it can carry, but once purchsed I don't see that option anywhere.

Any solution?

Choose the specific resource when the vehicle is in the depot or when u make it.
+ sign on the picture or the button next to the word "automatic"

Send your trucks back to the depot to specify cargo type.

Ah!! I gotcha, so I can' specify unless its back at the depot. Kind of odd...

As long as I'm at it. I've got a another question. I had some crude oil locations producing a lot of oil so I added more vehciles and production increased. Then it suddenly decreased and it wont increase. My vehicles now wait for a full load before going.

When I click on detail at the crude oil location to see why it isn't producing more it says "try to ship more crude oil" which is confusing because I'm shipping as much as they will give me. My trucks are waiting for more. is there a key to incourage the increase of production? Thanks again!

Are u shipping the crude oil to a refinery AND then shipping the FUEL to a city ?
Turn off wait for full load, its bugged atm

What Gorod time said..
And assuming that you are getting crude to refinery and oil or fuel somewhere else creating a complete chain..
As you added trucks.. you supplied more than you shipped out. Then the refinery had enough in store that it stopped demanding crude, which told your oil well to stop producing.

Heh, I bet he didn't..:) Now click on detail in the refinery.. IF it has a lot of stored.. add trucks to get rid of fuel/oil from refinery
