The Mod "Natural Environment Professional 1.1" in Steam Install?

I just watched colonel Failure Latest upload on YorTube an got the mentioned mod - but I am uncertain on how to make it work on a steam Install.

I found ( I think ) the (Steam-) mod folder and placed it ( unzip'ed :-) ) there - I changed the line in the settings.lua - file as directed on the DL palce.

But still no go.

Any help out there?

Try replacing the train. Even if you removed the mod that caused lots of smoke, the old vehicles will only be updated after replacement. Until then the extra smoke, or capacity, or whatever, will stay in your game because it is saved with the vehicle.

I still can't get it to work? I had it working yesterday and it uninstalled itself and now I cant et it back
