Also Trainz and Train Simulator.... but you have to design and build the layout (map/scenerio) yourself from scratch, then run just your train on it.

There's a Turntable mod for TPF in the Workshop. Just search "turntable". However, though it looks like a turntable, it's really just a fancy depot and not a true "turntable".

May some modder (you?) will make a true turntable.

I can't see a working turntable in Transport Fever. I don't know if it would be able to support such a thing or if it would just crash on attempt. Trainz Railroad Simulator 19 is set to release next month from N3V Games if you are looking for a train simulation. I sure am getting it!
