.mdl not existing bug

I've been having a reoccuring error recently.
Upon loading my save, an error comes up saying:

Vehicle/alco_pa_pb.mdl does not exist.
This may be a modding problem.

I know it's not a modding problem, since the vehicle is a stock vehicle.
It causes the game to crash as soon as it starts loading, and makes the game unplayable.
Has anyone been having the same problem/Know how to fix it?

I have looked trough the vehicle files, and the .mdl is non-existent. Is there a way to fix it?

If it's just a stock vehicle and not a mod, you should be able to get it back by just verifying integrity of game files (right click Transport Fever in Steam>Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files).

If you didn't accidently remove it yourself, you might want to investigate what did. I'd suggest checking your anti-virus, sometimes they can panic over files they don't recognise and move it to a virus vault. If this was the case, you might want to whitelist your transport fever folder.

That file does not exist in the base game installation. There is alco_pa_pb.lua that refers to the individual components:

Did you at some point subscribe to any of the assorted Alco PA repaint mods? Or one that provides reversed versions of locomotives?

I haven't used any repaint mods, but i have reinstalled the game. Thanks for your help!

its in the multiplie map also a stock. i have this by just a fress instal

it's mod related, you have probably subscribed to mods which haven't finished downloading yet
