* Coverage only relates to people movements nothing to do with goods.
*People go from home to work or shop and home again.
* Coverage percentage is shown on the top line when you click on a town.
* Setup bus routes that go from residential to shops and/or work. If you can put a train between the town and another town your residents may travel from home to work or shop in another town.
Don't forget though if you do that you need to transport people around that other town.
*When you have set up your transport routes have a look at those who are still walking as this will give you a clue as to where your coverage is not adequate.
* Make sure you have an adequate number of bus stops and plenty of buses. Each route should have a maximum wait time below 3 minutes.
* Keep an eye on people waiting for buses as you may have to increase the quantity.
Do the above and you will get there, I reached 80% and it didn't give me the medal until I did it for a second time!!
