Can you use two truck stops
Can you have 2 truckstops at the same production facility. One set to take resources in and the other one to ship. I have a ton of trucks dropping off stone for brick and trucks picking up and its getting a bit crowded around here

Absolutely

I usually have two truck stops at a cargo train station next to my city. It keeps the congestion down and since you can now mark out routes for vehicles to take it is perfect

As my road network grows and I need to deliver to multiple towns, I'll place two truck stations side by side, then the trucks dropping off cargo go to both stations to keep cargo moving to the towns. This clears up a lot of truck congestion coming into pickup cargo.

If the one truck station is just to drop off cargo, use a bus stop, and add a turn around road for them.

Ok now i had a fully upgraded truck stop next to a saw mill. I then built a train line later once the saw mill was at max production to move more by train. Station was covering the truck terminal and the log producer but i could never figure out how to move it from the truck terminal to the train? And thx for the advise

If you add another truck station with a short route to move from one to the other, you might be able to do what you want, but it's iffy and doesn't always go the way you want.

It would be better to phase out the trucks as the rail starts moving more cargo. If you can, cut the road between the saw mill and truck station.

If it's a train line and truck line serving the same destinations, it's better to cut the truck line b/c cargo prefers cheaper (usually the truck).

If both modes serve different destinations, the same preference applies, and you have to manage your frequency by lowering the number of trucks to ensure more stock for the train line.

If the train line is too far from the industry, you can use two close truck stations to serve the train station; this method actually works quite well. But still heed to the above advice.

Hey thanks for the great responses I appreciate it and were at 600 million already on easy mode might be time to make things harder :)

Another thing:

Now that you can specifically set which platform to use for each line, you can actually use truck stations much more efficiently. You can easily have two identical lines, making sure to use the "opposite" platforms at the station. This allows you to effectively double the amount of trucks that can be served at once, and the game will happily split the cargo between the two lines. I do this all the time.
