Report a translation problem
Just send coal through the tunnel to the steel plant, forget about the planks. You will make tools with the steel, delivery and just watch the trains roll by.
Btw...there's a bit of an oversight in the scenario. All it really checks for is items shipped between UK/France...not necessarily through the tunnel. So if you just keep your ship lines in operation, their cargo will count for the 1000 total. Did for me, anyway. Still have to alter ultimate delivery to the cities, of course.
Edit...not that it saved me any work...I didn't see that the ship cargo was counting until *after* I'd unpaused following setting up all the new lines, lol.
