Europe mission 7 ( cant deliver goods by tunnel)

Hi guys

I am stuck again. For some reason i cant send goods by train through the Tunnel.
Ive completed the tunnel. ttransported 1000 passengers. no luck with goods.

What i did first was build one freight station connected to the Machine factory and on the other side one freight station connected to the Tunnel factory ( same place were machines were sent to build the tunnel) , built one truck sation next to it, conected coal,planks others to it, still no luck.
I sent all my ships back to depot, hoping to start transporting by trains automatically, still no luck.
What am i doing wrong?
Should i build a freight station and connect to a coal factory or other goods factory?

Check that the train(s) go right hand side of the tunnel. I was stuck in this part too because of the trains using wrong tracks. I used intermodal transportation (built a hub road freight station for several types of goods next to railroad freight terminal from where they were loaded to train with 2 stake cars, 2 open wagons, 2 goods wagons) on both sides. I was fed up and this was an easy but slow method to get through this part so not an optimal configuration. But still worked.

Since the tunnel is finished, that site will no longer accept machinery. You need to delivery it and tools to a city.
Just send coal through the tunnel to the steel plant, forget about the planks. You will make tools with the steel, delivery and just watch the trains roll by.

Yep, you've got to rework your routes so that you're delivering to where the demand now is.

Btw...there's a bit of an oversight in the scenario. All it really checks for is items shipped between UK/France...not necessarily through the tunnel. So if you just keep your ship lines in operation, their cargo will count for the 1000 total. Did for me, anyway. Still have to alter ultimate delivery to the cities, of course.

Edit...not that it saved me any work...I didn't see that the ship cargo was counting until *after* I'd unpaused following setting up all the new lines, lol.
