Elevated Pedestrian Crossing.

I have seen some very talented work in the workshop. Can someone make a intersection that does not allow pedestrians to cross. How I imagine it is someone could make two intersecting pieces of road as a placeable object. All road sizes please with tram access so that pedestrians do not cross it. With that can someone also create an elevated pedestrian crossing? Same concept, make a small piece of placeable road with a elevated crossing like they use in Las Vegas and many cities I've visited around the world. My thought process is to help with tram bus traffic in the cities so that they do not have to stop for pedestrians all the time slowing down the lines. As cities get huge it becomes a major issue.
