Download Size?

I want to buy me the game but, i dont know how big is the download size currently?

It's on the store page: Storage: 12 GB available space

That is without Mods which depends on which ones, how many you download on top if you don't want a vanilla game.

The download size is definately less than 12GB (because that leaves some room for possible future DLC and savegames)
On my compmuter the game is about 10GB, but since the download is compressed, I think the actual download size is about 6GB.

Thanks Boys! I had downloaded yesterday on Steam . It was 4,7 GB Download.
