How to get medallions fast?

I'm struggling to upgrade my tower tiers.

get high in leaderboards, or buy in-game purchases, or, git gud and win

Like HL Chicken said, you can use in-game purchases, but the fastest and easiest way i know is going into Battle Arenas, that way i already got around 1100 medallions.

every wednesday all players get paid over 2000 medallions after playing/winning games in any mode. that will cover the cost of them all at once

a good way to get medalions is to know what can beat ceramics and camo leads so when you use your towers people cant rush you that way
