Cant find a add friend button...

I need help, my friend inschool wants to play with me in bloons td battles with his steam account and were friends but i cant see him in the game when were friends in steam... please help

Strange! Do other friends show for you in the friends list?

Maybe you or your friend is not logged in with steam. Don't know if it works that way but have a look.

My friend can find me on his friend list but i cant, i can see some of my friends but not the one i wana play with.

Yep, sounds like your friend's account may not be connected to Steam. Can you get them to check that for us, please?
