"No Match Found" for an hour. Any ideas?

I just started playing this game, but something seems to be wrong right off the bat. Whenever I try to start a game in either gamemodes available to me, it searches for about a minute and I get the message "No Match Found" asking if I want to search again or back out. This has been going on since I finifshed the tutorial about an hour ago.

I might be too blind to spot an obvious solution, so it would be nice if anyone could help.

Sorry that's happening. Can you open up the leaderboard and let us know if that loads for you, please? :)

After restarting the game a couple times I was able to find matches, but only for a short time. Now the problem is reoccurring but I assume it will return to normal as it went away earlier. I can open up the leaderboard without issues

2 reasons it could be this way....I am not accusing right now but just saying what it could be...even tho I might be wrong on both

1. you have problem with your connection
2. you are placed in hacker pool and its hard for you to find match because lack of hackers in that pool (I am not accusing you just saying this could be a plosible reason)

since your leaderboard loaded I am confident you are not in hacker pool

so check your internet connection...that might be a reason

Although my internet is quite stable right now, it commonly disconnects. I had a suspicion my internet was the cause, but I thought it seemed stable enough for regular use. Will do some investigation.

hey if you see this since i dont want to write another email. if you remember me HEY GUESS WHAT im in the hacker pool again and i dont know why cause its been months since i played this game and just yesterday i downloaded it again since im on a new computer it wasnt downloaded and for some reason even though i havent done anything to the files im in the hacker pool for like the 5th time now and im starting to think that the game will just auto put you in the hackerpool when someone reports you if youve been in the hacker pool before cause the game must think oh hey this dude has hacked before must be hacking again. even tho the first time i was put in the hackerpool it was because i downloaded a mod that i only used in singleplayer cause the mod seemed cool

if the game is open for more like 5 minutes and you dont play you need to restart the game just. there is some timeout problem in the program, when you are in the battle arena selecion or in main menu just waiting with no actions this easy game disconnects the client from further matchups

Same issue here for the past two days. Beginning to wonder if it's something on NK's end? Submitted a support ticket, will reply if/when I get a fix.
