Recover cloud data

Hello,

I did a misstake today. I was going to sign in to my mobile phone and wanted to use the local data, as I were going to play really casual with a friend, but that deleted all my cloud data. When I try to log in, it says L***** T****, 1571 green cringes. But when I log in I have no medalons and no win-loose ration... Is it any way to recover it or will i just have to quit Bloons TD Battles? I backed up my cloud data before doing this, but that didn't work... Is Ninja Kiwi still having it on the server? I'm really dissapointed if they don't, because cloud data should be a secure way of storing data. It shouldn't be deleted that easy...

Imhop it's not NinjaKiwi where you should ask for CLOUD data recovery. Cloud is Steam/Valve issue. The only thing NK can do is verifying the data you had when the deletion took part.
If the account is from origin a NK one, they can help.. If it's Steam, well.... See it as a "Clean Slate" and start over.

Cloud save is similar of copying files to your own HDD, so it's your own desicion to place it there and the deletion of it of course.

Edit: Your account still has the club membership, because that is not saved in the cloud, but is recorded at NK. If Steam, just re-install the DLC and you good to go.

How can it be stored on Steam when I use the same data on both Android and iOS phones? First time I loaded it up on Steam, I imported phone data.
