Co-op mode?

Does anyone know if a co-op mode has been suggested or announced before? And if not I guess you could consider this as a suggestion. Basically I was thinking that you play with a friend on a map where the track crosses back and forth across the dividing line in the centre, each player can only build on their own side, but abilities would be global and either player could harvest bananas. Anybody have any thoughts on this idea?

It HAS been suggested before, but not officially announced, I think it's a great idea though

I think you are wanting to play Bloons TD 5. This game is called TD BATTLES where we battle each other. It is not TD CO-OP. We don't join forces to beat a common enemy AI. However if you were to broaden your idea to TEAMS battles where 2 or more people could co-optively battle it out with another team of similar make-up, then I think this could incorporate your concept of co-op but still retain the player versus player aspect of this game.

EDIT: there is a game similar to this type of mechanic if interested. It is caled Tower Wars and is here on STEAM.

Bloons TD 5 has a co-op mode. The game is $10 on Steam, $3 on iOS, and free on ninjakiwi.com. It pretty much has everything you're looking for

I've had BTD5 in my wishlist for a while now, never knew it even had a co-op mode. Thanks for letting me know guys
